Key Sections:

  • Scheduled & Completed Visits: Provides a count of visits scheduled and completed on a day-to-day basis.

  • Retention %: Measures the percentage of scheduled visits that reached completion.

  • Department/Provider/Appointment Type Summary: Breakdown of completed visits by department, provider, and appointment type.

  • Patients Served: Tracks distinct patients who have completed a visit, including new patient percentage.

  • Payor Mix: Breakdown of primary payor categories and drill-down capabilities for specific plans.

  • Geographic & Demographic Data: Insights into patient origin, language, gender, and age distribution.


Key Metrics and Analysis

Scheduled & Completed Visits

  • Provides real-time insights into daily visit volumes.

  • Tracks scheduling efficiency and patient adherence to appointments.

Retention %

  • Reflects the percentage of scheduled patients who completed their visits.

  • Example: If 9 out of 10 scheduled patients complete their visits, retention is 90%.

Department, Provider, and Appointment Type Summary

  • Displays a breakdown of completed visits by:

    • Department

    • Provider

    • Appointment Type

  • Includes visualizations for new vs. established patients and virtual vs. in-person visits.

Patients Served

  • Tracks distinct patient counts, including new vs. returning patients.

  • New Patient % compares new patient counts against the total patient count.

Daily Clinic Review

  • Summarizes the prior day's schedule outcomes at the:

Daily & Monthly Averages

  • Daily View: Highlights if the number of completed visits is above, below, or at average.
